ROCK THE OAT Umpqua Oats, which markets single- serve oatmeal products for the retail setting, recently launched a flavor called Jackpot. The product brings together whole-rolled oats, pure cane sugar, raspberries, blackberries, straw- berries and pecans, with a result remi- niscent of berry cobbler. The company, based in Roseburg, Ore., says it set out to create a flavor that represents the Northwest and to share it with customers worldwide. The show's "Coffee Strategic Plan" seminar will take a look at ways to better serve office-coffee customers as well as how companies can work to increase customer educa- tion.
